No, I hadn't seen VIRPE, but now I have!

Irmeli (sun äitis) brings such energy to everything she does, I immediately wanted to see what she was doing in the .ning

It made for interesting reading. There were other familiar names among the participants and the discussions were relevant.

Thanks Taina, you saved my Sunday:)
You strengthened my weak self-confidence concerning this course.
Was it Peter Jarvis who described the ways of NOT-LEARN. I have an old slide about it, I don't remember all but the ways are well known in psychology. You can repress things, continue as earlier without not changing anything and so on.
But I believe that you are right: if I reflect more deeply, I must have learned something about learning ...it takes time to put the new to my old models and patterns

PS. I met your teacher in Hämeenlinna 30.9. and told her that we are networked here. You have seen the program of Virpe 30.9 in Finnish sometu.ning I suppose?

I'm impressed. I'll give You the highest grade for this course, because You said:

"I have listened both Stephen’s and George’s analyses about this course and I could have done the same myself (I mean it)."

Your work, as presented on your blog shows diligence and enthusiasm. All You need now, is to believe that You are learning. People cannot NOT learn, we are built that way.

We can, however, easily learn all kinds of things, "wromg" things for "wrong" reasons. Reflecting on one's own learning is one lens to use. Sure, it's not very academic, but You've already done the academic requirements.
